Shipping policy


DISPATCH

Orders will be fulfilled and dispatched by savonshop.co within 24-48 hours from the time and date your order was placed  - see below for further conditions:

  • Please note, all orders are only dispatched between operating hours of Monday - Sunday 11.30am - 6.30pm excluding any public holiday.

  • During peak periods, promotional events or sales, there may be slight delays on the dispatch of your order due to high volume of orders.

DELIVERY
All domestic orders will be delivered via J&T Express or Ninjavan. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. If you have any issues, questions or concerns, please reach out to our team at hellosavon@savonshop.co.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates will be applied as below:

West Malaysia:

  • RM 7 flat rate 
  • FREE for orders above RM 50

East Malaysia:

  • RM 14 flat rate
  • FREE for orders above RM 90

LIABILITY
Customers are responsible for organizing their own acceptance of items based on the delivery options they choose. Any re-delivery of parcels needs to be arranged and paid for by the customer. 

Once parcel is shipped from our side, the liability of the parcel lies with the courier service and customer. However, we will try our best to liaise with the courier service on behalf of the customer in the event of any missing parcel.
